Prop List and Budget for Fefu and Her Friends
As the Props manager for the production of FeFu and Her Friends, I was required to keep an updated prop list and a running budget for the show.
The text of the play calls for a 12th-century Japanese vase to be thrown. It was also requested that the vase can be thrown up into. I built up a vase to match a design image, and used a brush on mold and fiberglass shell to create the reusable mold. The vase is cast out of a semi-rigid plastic so it is light weight, won't break if dropped, and is easy to clean fake vomit out of.

I took a thrifted, grey chandelier and turned it into this gold-buffed beauty.

This is a garden gnome I altered. I used a dremel to "break" the head off and reattached it with magnets. Sadly, the gnome was kicked during a rehearsal which led to fixing the gnome through a "fabric-mache" type of technique and repainting the majority of the body.

This hammer was used to hit the mother character in the head and spray blood. I used a dog squeaker filled with blood pushed through a tube with a one-way valve to achieve the effect. There was also a real hammer with matching blood drips.
